A life-long advocate for getting outside, eating to nourish our bodies, boundaries and self-care. I love helping my clients create and sustain positive changes. In 2019, I founded a women’s mountain biking group, Crank Queens, to empower women to get out on their bikes and build community.
My own journey to wellness included recovering from corporate burnout, putting an end to under-fueling my body as an athlete, setting boundaries with family/friends, and learning the hard life lesson… we have to prioritize ourselves before we have something to give to others. So I know what it’s like to be in your shoes. And I’m here to say, you can make lasting change for a better life!
My clients describe me as approachable with a good dose of focus and clarity. I’m an expert at asking questions that get to the root of an issue. My background includes a Masters of Science in Leadership, certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrated Nutrition, Precision Level 1 Nutrition Coach, Girls Gone Strong Women’s Health Coach, Level 3 NICA Coach for student cyclists, and 20+ years coaching within the corporate setting.
I grew up on a farm in the shadow of the Olympic Mountains, where I learned a deep love and respect for the outdoors, eating close to the land, and being a strong independent woman. I live for sunny days, dark chocolate, sticking my toes in the cold Pacific Ocean, and getting outside with my family as often as possible.
