Are you a woman in your late thirties to mid 50s? Do you feel like what you did in your 20s and early 30s no longer works? If you are ready to take charge of your health, dial in your nutrition, and build strength, this program is for you. This program is specifically for women who are in or entering perimenopause. No prior experience with strength training required.

Yes, the program commitment is 6 weeks. This program is for women who are ready to prioritize their health goals. It is not a drop in program. Change happens in community and throughout these 6 weeks you will also be building connection and community with other women who are working on their goals. If you miss a session, that’s OK. Just remember, you get out of it what you put into it!

We recommend you dedicate at least one hour per week to this program. Remember, the more you invest, the more you gain!
